Anything an agency, intended parent or surrogate uploads or writes here remains theirs. We claim no ownership over it.

DCBA provides software that surrogacy agencies use to run their programmes. DCBA is not a surrogacy agency, a fertility clinic, a medical provider or a law firm, and is not a party to any agreement between an agency, intended parents, a surrogate, a clinic or any professional involved in a journey.

Each agency using DCBA is an independent business. It alone is responsible for the services it offers, for the accuracy of what it records here, and for complying with the laws that apply to it.

Nothing on this platform is medical, legal or financial advice. Stage descriptions, timelines, document checklists, fee schedules and estimates are organisational tools — they help people keep track of a process, and nothing more.

Surrogacy law and medical practice differ sharply between countries and change over time. Always rely on your own doctors and lawyers.

The platform is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Information shown here — names, dates, medical notes, costs — is entered by your agency and the people using it. DCBA does not verify it. If something looks wrong, tell your agency.

Every agency's records are kept in a separate database of its own, never mixed with another agency's. Within an agency, that agency decides who can see what.

Your agency is responsible for the records it keeps about you. For questions about your information — what is held, or to have something corrected — contact your agency directly.

“DCBA” and the DCBA logo are marks of DCBA Platform. Agency names, logos and branding shown on the platform belong to those agencies and are used with their permission.
